1. The service

Namo Nama Events provides a studio management workspace for the studio's own team. It is used to manage bookings, clients, gear, billing, expenses, team members and photo/video deliverables. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You must keep your login details secure and are responsible for activity on your account.
Accounts are provided to members of the studio team. The owner may add or remove team members at any time.
You must be authorised to use the account you sign in with.

3. Acceptable use

Use the app only for the studio's legitimate business purposes.
Do not attempt to access data you are not authorised to see, break the service, or misuse it in any way.
Do not upload illegal content or share access with people outside the studio team.

4. Your data

You are responsible for the client and business information you enter. Data is synced and stored securely with our cloud provider so it is available across your devices. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Availability

We work to keep the app available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the app, or from data loss. Keep your own backups of important information.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this page.
